We're running 'round like we don't care

One of the wolves placed chewed food in front of Baldur. He gave the wolf a look while sniffing the meat, and then took a big bite. It was so good! He gobbled up the food as fast as he could, whimpering as he ate. When he was done, Baldur began to feel sleepy. He curled up against one of the larger wolf's paws and yawned. He hoped they would find his mom soon. If not, then he would have to go looking again. Maybe he could escape this time. The large world out here made him nervous, but not so much that it would keep him from trying to get back to his mom. He fell asleep then, sinking into darkness.
