Though a glance back outside eased his nerves somewhat. Tonravik lay outstretched and calm as his brothers romped playfully, continuing even after a swift warning from their mother. With wary, tentative steps, the youngest eased himself into the outside world, glancing back to Iqniq every so often to make sure he was still there. Eventually, he made it fully into the sunlight and, with a yip, Sitamat suddenly galloped over to Tonravik's side, sitting by her shoulder — where it was safe — and watching his brothers play.
