Cicero remained silent, for he did not require words to feel at ease, as they started to make their way up. Some parts were slippery, but Cicero had crossed the mountains to the east a couple of times too, so he knew his way around them. This was a different story for it wasn't a mountain like the ridge to the east, but his experience did help him not slipping as easily.

When they were probably about halfway through, Cicero looked at Akela when he confirmed this thought. Sliding down... Cicero lifted an eyebrow while he looked thoughtful. It wasn't a thought that would ever have popped up in his own mind. "Hm," was all Cicero shared while he continued on upwards, as though he was still considering whether or not he would join in the sliding if it came to it. It seemed kind of dangerous to Cicero, but then again, this crazy loner seemed to thrive on danger.
