Sawtooth Spire Why So Serious

It was a call that the pack had been waiting for. Most of them, anyways. Nanuk found no joy in pups, no excitement at the thought of meeting them. Yet, Here she was, ducking into the clearing about ten minutes after the call had gone up. As the very first of her packmates to arrive, the female felt larger and taller than she ever had in her entire life looking at these small, fragile creatures. 

Her eyes found Iqniq and Tonravik both then, staring at them rather awkwardly. What the hell was she supposed to do? Say? With a snort, the Beta decided she'd remain present but quiet, moving to lay down where she stood.

Her head ducked, looking under her to make sure she didn't crush one of them as she reclined in a sphinx-like position.
