Her brother said the creed, and it was this that soothed the alpha male the most. It mattered not what it was that put him at ease, only that he was put there. Iluq watched as he recognized them... which was more a relief than anything, because had he not grasped what she had said, or her brother had not clarified, they would have gone on their way. She had intentionally been vague... but realized the words tacked on by her brother made sense to be added. It didn't hurt, it appeared.

"I am Iluq Anneriwok," she spoke, letting her brother introduce himself if he so desired, "We come here for a new beginning. We were born North of here." Iluq knew if he recognized the surname in any capacity, he might understand why... and if not, her brother could clarify. She was silver-tongued, but that tongue did not always serve her so well it turned out.
