Zaria looked at Fitz and perked her ears forward to listen to the male. Somehow the fact that he stated clearly that he had no mate pleased her. She wasn't sure why but it did. The young female kept her green eyes onto Fitz. He was talking about how he thought he loved the pups mother but then she left. Zaria frowned because why would a mother leave? She learned that mother's were fierce of their young and would give their life for them. Clearly not this female. She didn't understand since June and Mason were two wonderful young wolves and that was coming from Zaria, one who hated most wolves.

"She left but you did not, and you have to be mother and father for pups," she stated. "But I thinks that you do a good job." Zaria kept looking into his eyes for a moment. So nice of her to say such things, Zaria could say nice things but she would only do that if she truly thought so. Compared to her father Fitz was wonderful. She decided to compare him to her father. She shouldn't. Maybe that was the thing that held her back a bit. She did like him but if it was love she was not sure yet. "What does not kill you makes you stronger," she spoke then, replying to his last part that they had a difficult start. She was a warrior and she was used to a lot of sayings. Like; Strong waters make a skilled sailor. "Thank you for telling me."

Zaria then rested her head on his paw again and even closing her eyes for a moment. "Zaria not always nice," she spoke then. "I dislike other wolves outside of pack. Did Fitz ever kill a wolf?," she asked then, curious. Maybe he had, since they were getting personal maybe then now was the time to ask further.
