As the hunching over was uncomfortable, he shifted to more of a sphinx-like lay as he regarded the boy who looked more and more like a miniature version of his mother every day.

"A vole is something you can eat. Like a mouse. It's small. Round. Has big ears. Dark eyes and a long, hairless tail."
