Haven watched in satisfaction as the black fae laid down in submission to her. She remembered when she was Beta, and the lower tier all bowed down to her. She hadn't minded that, and it felt good to feel in power again. She puffed out her chest with pride, silky white fur bristling in the wind. Haven nodded, accepting her submission. Alright. I believe you. She replied before Celeste put in her own two cent about her favorite time of day. She shrugged, the black wolf had good reason to prefer the cover of night.

Finally Celeste got to answering Haven's question. She found it interesting that Celeste had also come from beyond Teekon Wilds. She could somewhat relate to the other wolf's feelings. Well except that if her parents had wanted her to take reign from them, she would've obliged. I wasn't born here either, my home caught fire a few months back and I was separated form my pack. That's why I came, to find a new pack. But I fit in just fine now. I'm sure you will too.
