Mason didn't run away, it was something at least though FitzDutiful found he didn't feel the relief that he expected. Now they had to hash it out, sort it out. He hoped that he wasn't going to have to choose between his son and his mate for he didn't know which direction he would go. He knew it would have to be Mason but he wasn't sure he could do that; his inner demon thought that Mason could fend for himself, besides he didn't even know what was up with the idiotic boy!
