Death was something unknown to a child. To grasp it, to understand it, was difficult. It was with a child innocence that Kendra looked at her father, really not understanding what it meant that her mother no longer was. She was more thrilled about going outside, now that she could walk and somewhat see and hear and take it all in. Instinct maybe had worked its fingers around her mind, unconsciously cutting the link with her mother before she would feel the deep wound and emptiness the others were now feeling. She knew her mother through comfort and life sustenance, not much more. She was nice , gave great baths and told stories Kendra couldn't grasp either, she'll miss that if what her father said was true, that she would not wake up. Crawling outside, she remained in her bubble, bothering Pietro by her father's legs until other wolves came. That caught her attention. One that just went straight for their home, one that remained further away and one that came and had funky eyes. She remained stiller, feeling the negative and numb energy going on and understood that this was no game time, however, curiosity took over and after looking at Pietro, she stretched her neck and moved her nose towards the next wolf , which was Cicero. The blood was something that she was drawn too, since it meant food, and he smelled of that , and he also smelled different too, but familiar at the same time. Stretching her neck like that, she almost fell over, but caught herself just in time to make another step to her older brother, who she did not know was her older brother.
