Just like when Saena had asked for valid skills and abilities, Tavi was at a loss for words. It was rare for her - rarer still to happen twice in a row.

Her ears slipped back and forth, indecisive, and she turned to glance at Ukko. "Well, uh, I... I guess I need a guide." Her eyes motioned from Ukko to Saena and back again, and with a tiny motion of her head, she urged Ukko to get his butt moving. The longer she stayed right here in front of the freaking alpha female, the less likely Tavi would be able to keep up the ruse.

Was it a ruse? Apparently the Maplewood was her home now. She could... Probably leave at any time though, right?
