The water was cold, and the water was slowly soaking her under fur too, meaning that her skin was getting cold. She trembled slightly, hoping that she was soon allowed to leave this stream. Reek was determined to safe her but it only made Scarlett wonder what kind of life she would after this. Her coat would never be as it was before.
