Her mind searched for another name as the female motioned for her to continue. So she was on the right track, relatively. What was silent? Trees were silent, though she doubted that there was ever a wolf called Trees. Wind was sometimes silent, so she put it under the list of possibilities. "Hushed. Hush?" She pondered outloud, waiting the nod of 'you're getting there' from the female. But perhaps it was not an adjective at all, and she wondered if she should revisit the Tree idea. An object was just a good a guess, wasn't it?

After she got the name, she would have to alert the pack and she figured the female would appreciate her doing so. It led her to wonder how the girl had even become to be silent at all. She knew nothing of wolves born without the power of communication though something along the lines of forced silence seemed like a possibility. And how did she manage? The idea that one could not speak her mind seemed like prison to her, though she knew very well not to comment anything about it. As heartless as she may appear, she was growing empathy in the darkness of the woods they lived in.

I just noticed that you have another wolf named Hush,,, I swear it was accidental xD
the only way to keep your people loyal is
to make certain they fear you more than they do the enemy
