The Sentinels her ghost in the fog

Raven could hardly believe her good luck.  The fear that had consumed her moments before had been replaced by jittery excitement, and it was written clearly on her face as both pale she-wolves looked to their alpha for his final word.  When the heretofore silent man finally spoke, his voice was warm and welcoming, like a soft blanket draped over her cold, weary shoulders.  She rose from her deferent position near the ground and approached her new packmates, keeping her head and tail low out of respect for their authority, and spoke simply, "Thank you."  Lasher bade Aria to follow him and exited as Raven turned her attention to Eilidh, excited to have a fellow young healer to learn with.
