She didn't really answer the question, but Hecate being polite, didn't point this out. Maybe the female did it on purpose, maybe not. Instead, the she-wolf talked about the 'Dark Mark', in which they completed a trade they would earn. Which must've been what the mark on Sister Nemesis's side was. Did that make Hecate an apprentice? Who else was a healer? Was there naturalists here? Questions flew around her head, but she still kept silent. Hecate awaited for the she-wolf to move on with the tour.
