Try harder was what Reek wanted to say, but he opted to hold his tongue instead. He had lashed out enough in his frustration and it seemed Esaro had already recieved the message. Taking his leave, the upset Esaro disappeared into the Maplewood. Reek snorted with displeasure before turning back to see that Tavi had settled back in front of her den.

Appearing as if she didn't want to bothered, Reek passed by only briefly. "Sorry 'bout all that," he said, stopping close to where she had settled. "It's just been a day." Reek resuemed his progression forward, and unless she saw fit to stop him, he would be on his way and she would be left in solitude.
