Success. Tiarnán shot out of the bowl and raced after her, brushing his dark shoulder against her hip. Bazi made a strange sound and stepped coyly to the side, at once unnerved and intrigued by the touch. She had seen her mother act similarly around Amon, when it was dark and they thought themselves alone and invisible to prying eyes - they often disappeared when that mood caught them, and would return in good spirits.
