Sunbeam Lair Little Ember

She silently repeated the name, how pretty it was! Much prettier than...Sorrel. She was both surprised and extremely happy when the yearling said that she may be able to help with her medical skills. She smiled widely. When the yearling touched her shoulder, she returned it, burying her muzzle into her new Alpha's fur. She wanted to collapse with exhaustion, and a shoulder to lean on was much appreciated."Thank you." She said, but her words were a bit muffled by the female, Asterr's, fur. She followed Asterr with some pop in her step, excited to be part of this place. First thing in the morning, the little ember would go to meet the others. She sighed with relief. She finally had a home, for now.
