Burke watched her mumble with his frozen iced color eyes. The alpha male kept his docked tail up high as he stood before her. Her confident seemed to be lacking and turn more fearful. Burke instantly lost a bit of respect for her, he liked the ones with their own opinions like his mate. She had been interesting. This was almost more like he was talking to a subordinate. Alas, he was on a tight schedule but he would have made time if she was more interesting to talk with. Burke realized that the thread of this pack had not meant nothing. Still, the male was quite relieved seeing that he was not ready for a war. Maybe later when his kids grew older. Though he preferred his own idea of domination instead of becoming a war lord. No he was planning something way better.

"Alright,' he agreed with a calm tone once more. He raised his chin a bit and even tipped his head along with her reply. He was about to question if this was really a pleasant meeting for her but he decided that he didn't care. For now things had settled and Burke was planning on spending his day doing other tasks at hand. Maybe show some interest in his daughter and son. He was often busy, and with their mother gone. Burke watched her, not moving. He wouldn't leave his borders until she was out of his eye sight. Maybe he also did that because he liked the effect he had on her. "I guess I might see you around our borders soon to apologize to Nemesis then." That was maybe a little bit mean but Burke was just curious if she would do it or not.
