With horror he realised that he hadn't really known what his little girl was like before she had left so he didn't really know if she had changed or if she had always been like this. She seemed more confident somehow, more sure of herself and he hoped she could contribute. As much as he loved her his new litter were about to become the priority and they couldn't be looking after any one else too. A lot of the pack had departed recently and now they all needed to pull their weight.
