For someone who had joined a pack fairly quickly in Teekon, she sure did a lot of wandering away from it. She supposed the idea behind being a pack wolf was to remain within the territory more than you did out of it, but since speaking with Amekaze about her abilities in scouting, Ness had begun focusing her efforts towards achieving the title of the trade as quickly as she could. She had traveled the circumference of Big Salmon Lake, the spring afternoon finding her in the midst of a chilly meadow, quivering in eagerness to bloom.

A gray figure caught her bronze eye, and because his silhouette did not presently reveal the telltale differences between father and son, Ness mistook the wolf for Sebastien. "Bast!" she called, picking up her walk to a canter, though coming within a few yards of the other male immediately brought forth the realization that she had made a mistake. The she-wolf stopped in her tracks. "Whoa, that was head trip. Sorry, you look like a friend of mine from a distance," she apologized, unable to recceed the interested perk of her ears and the way her eyes freely traveled across the broad male's body. He was older, tailless, and with a fair bit more scarring, but he was otherwise an exact replica of the young alpha of the Fen.
