The howl that struck through the calm eeriness of the darkened forest was one that sparked her attention. All was calm after the storm, apparently, in her own personal experiences. The ordeal of heat, and truth had not fazed from her mind entirely, however, and haunted her from the minute she rose from her mate's sleeping form to dusk where she retired for the night. She would not bother summoning Burke if she stranger had nothing to offer, and the interrogation would first go by her. Her eyes narrowed, if this was another dud, it would not escape the territory with grace.
