"we shall attempt not to terrify anyone," he breathed, and to her instructions to stay to the moonlit territory buffalo gave another dip of his muzzle, though he was immediately curious over what had transpired.


"we will go a-searching for these herbs now, queen malice," buffalo growled pleasantly, stepping forward to lave his tongue along the underside of her chin, lingering pointedly for a moment before drawing away and nipping byll playfully. "come, sister."

he winked at malice as he turned, preparing to depart.
