Hawkeye really seemed to be involved with her family members. First Pied, who was Osprey's niece, now Koontz - her younger sister. The fact that they hadn't got along was a little upsetting, because she was a good person and she couldn't possibly imagine her being an enemy of someone. But whatever conflict Koontz had with Hawkeye was between them and Osprey was glad that she wasn't a part of it.

"Very deep," she remarked at alphess' last comment. Briefly she wondered, whether Plateu reflected, who Osprey was now, and she couldn't find a good answer for that. Flightless falcons - so far away and having been left such a long time ago - was still her home in many aspects and, although, she had settled here quite well, there was still a long way to go to admit that this was a real home to her too.

"That was quite a story. How many of those, who started a pack here, are left now? Besides you," she questioned further.
