Spring rolled a 3.  Faillure.

Spring had to admit, she was quite a bit jealous that Laika had pulled off the task, when she had failed, but all that did was push her determination even further.  She could do this.  She had to do this.  Spring listened to Laika's directions as attentively as she could pull off.  In the end she had heard about half of what Laika had said, after being to focused on the water.

She been to wad into the shallows in a nice shadowy spot.  A fish - although it was on the smaller and skinnier side sadly - was swimming closer and closer to her paws.  As soon as she thought it was close enough, she pounced... and missed.  A splutter of angry thoughts filled her head and she lashed her tail with fierce anger.  Why couldn't she just get this right?
