Shadewood Adventurous

Spring vaguelly listened to her friend, once again jealous with another catch from Laika.  She was about to head back into the water to go after another fish, but as she approached, she accidently slide her shadow over the water and all of the fish swam away.  Disapointment punched her in the gut, but not hard enough to make her lose her appetite.  She did have that fish for Saena after all.  At least that showed something.

Spring accepted Laika's offer, padding over to her friend gratefully.  "Sure, thanks Laika."  Spring answered to her friend, glad to finally have something to eat, besides the Locusts, because they were just beyond disgusting.  Especially after remembering her first Locust with Saena.  That memory lit up the ghost of a smile on her features.
