At first, Aryn began to softly land on Ferdie's back.

That was when the wolf charged towards them.

An angry, hiss-like sound erupted from her throat, loud enough to drown out the sound of the other battles. Her feathers fluffed up in anger, making her look twice her size. She leapt off of Ferdie and went straight for the charging wolf. She was just out of it's mouth's reach before she dipped down and raked her talons right across its eye. She felt it's bony skull scrape against her claws in satisfaction before she pulled up and out of the line of fire, looking down victoriously.
