Vass watched with eager blue eyes, but when he dove in to copy, his little puppy teeth took a few tries before the chunk was ripped off: even then, it took another minute of chew chew chewing until the little one was willing to let it go down his gullet. Irritation built quickly in his chest, but there was nothing do about it now, not till his real teeth grew in.
