Moonspear This Is Just a Dream

She wasn't exactly sure she was getting all his quirks yet. He'd seemed happy enough to talk about his trades, but questioning as she had a moment ago sent a flicker of upset across his face. She wondered over this, thinking that perhaps she'd been being too nosy, or too long winded. She decided to try and be less so with Charon, about herbs or not, but knew it would be difficult. She'd been so long without company, she was eager for connection.

She'd not been to his birthplace, and knew nothing about it, but seeing as it was a bay she decided she'd probably stay clear. No wonder he liked the ocean though, he'd likely had a good view growing up. Perhaps if she'd had more experience with it she'd be more fond of it herself. She was impressed at his early rise to beta and it displayed on her face. Wolves in her packs were considered for higher ranks until they were close to two. Her ears perked as he mentioned Amekaze and she smiled at the meeting story. "How interesting! That was smart of both of you, to come together like that." She considered asking her next question, but decided if she kept it short it should be okay. 

"Did you fall for each other by surprise? Or did you arrange it that day?" She meant of course their mating, or partnership, whichever they preferred to call it. Her face bore nothing but interest, wondering if they had bargained to provide pups to each other to help improve pack numbers. She thought it'd be a sweeter story if they'd simply fallen in love as a result of coming together...but of course life doesn't always work out in the "sweet" ways. Either way it would be a nice story, a story of selflessness for the good of the pack.
