The Sentinels tell me we'll be okay

Osprey had not found any small rodent for her daughter to play with. She had something better. First she had heard them and then the source had come in sight. There - carefully hidden by grass and moss was a small pond, full with a brownish-green water. And as they approached the area, the voices of the croaking frogs grew louder. 

"Come on!" she called over her shoulder to the two that had lingered behind for some reason, while she herself walked right to the edge of the pond and leaned down to test it's depth with her forepaw.
