Wasn't sure where else to take this -- fade out and new thread sometime soon? <3

Guardian. That certainly seemed like a commendable role, although it was a fool of a wolf in Menta's mind who wasn't vigilant for intruders in their own pack. Although, she realized with a grin, it left plenty of space for wolves who wished to roam away from the home base to explore - not so very unlike what she was doing currently.

The idea of a counselor wolf was new to her, although she supposed there were of course wolves back home that she had always known to be wiser and more level headed than others - perhaps it would have been smart to designate them with such a title. Menta had immediately found the black wolf in front of her likeable and realized he had been quite easy to talk to this whole time, so he must have known this about himself to go for such a role. Her own pride and occasional hotheadedness undoubtedly would not allow for such a thing.

That sounds very nice, she said earnestly and with a smile after getting a little mentally lost thinking all of this over. And then, shifting gears, Would you be willing to walk back down with me? Menta greatly enjoyed his company but was getting restless up on the top of The Wall now that she felt her personal mission was accompished - if he was willing to accept her proposition, she could keep the conversation but let her itching legs move again.
