Giana was told nothing - that was fine. The woman understood why, but it ignited her curiosity. 

When she was given her orders, she listened to them - even if she hated doing it - and followed Ragna deeper into the woods. As far as she was concerned, she was a firm member - it was not an option to fail, not this time. 

She was glad the woman didn't speak much, for Giana didn't either. She noted each step taken, mapping the places the shieldmaiden showed her to and getting started at once.
