Bitterroot Valley Out the window

Freyja had barely slept the night before. Despite her better judgement, and the fact that she simply could not sleep, the Feisripa had decided to stay up and envision what the next day would bring. When the day came, and Gavriel woke, Freyja was quick to stick to his side. Soon after he woke they met with Wildfire and their adventure begun.

Despite her lack of sleep she was awake. Perhaps it was the adrenaline or perhaps it was the excitement, but she was rearing to go. The territory beyond the volcano was sprawling and very unlike the mountain terrain. Luscious fields met them and with the abundance of greenery came an entirely different group of smells. She attempted to not get distracted by all of them.

She was quick to drop her muzzle to the beaten path as Wildfire introduced it and she breathed in heavily to take in the smell. Though the scent was not the most fresh, perhaps a day or two old, it would probably lead them in the right direction.

“It’s a little old,” she reported as she looked from Gavriel to Wildfire. “But, I think that we should follow it because it will probably lead us in the right direction.”
