Gyrfalcon's Keep a little bit of news you heard around the barrio [m]

A few days had passed since her, uh, encounter with the other male, and Chip had moved east and north. She didn't have any kind of agenda, and her only real motivation to keep moving was to eventually find somewhere to call home. At least for the winter. After that, she could go off and do whatever she wanted, but Chip didn't intend to stay anywhere for more than a few months. She wasn't that kind of gal.

Not that she needed to let anybody else know that.

She paused, sniffing the air mid-step to find the fragrant scent of another wolf nearby. The sun was setting, but there was enough light she thought that she could probably find him if she looked hard enough. In fact, it only took about five minutes of following his trail before she spotted him. He was a cutie!

"Hey, good lookin'," she crooned, "You're out awfully late."
