Golden Glade [M]agnolia

Startled by the male's sudden appearance, Honey stepped back quietly. She knew why he was here; what he was looking for, creating an internal conflict. She could give herself to him - something she wasn't as against as she initially thought she would be - or she could leave him, though that seemed much less rational a thought. Honey sucked in a breath and slowly loosened the strain on her tail so that it hung behind her, free in the breeze. 
I didn't mean to cause any problems, she responded, taking back a step that she'd retracted in retreat. One followed the other until she'd half-circled the male. His words echoed through his ears, just louder than her heartbeat which pounded against her ear drums. Honey smiled sweetly, before beginning to slowly curl her tail above her back. They call me Honey, and you are? I don't see why we can't get to know each other a bit.
Though she shook within, her appearance remained composed. She'd learned before that sometimes giving in was easier than fighting, so if she was what he wanted, then it was she who he would get.
