Instinct told her to run, common sense told her to stay. Other than his name, Honey knew nothing about Alder, nor did she know what he could've been capable of. So she smiled kindly at his nudges and whined quietly, licking lightly at the fur around his neck. Slowly, she'd begun to warm up to the conditions - both hers and Alder's.
Lead the way, Honey whispered into his ear, though she made sure to take a step back afterwards. Wherever he was taking her, she supposed she wouldn't mind, for all things that started in this fashion had the same end result.
