Broken Antler Fen only the sun

Sebastian watched the little potatoes in the den. He couldn't keep his eyes off them. He knew from Pearl that they couldn't provide their own heat so there he was for. Though it seemed that one of their sons was really smart and found a warm spot the sun was making.

Sebastian smiled and placed his head close to him in the patch of sun, so he always had something to curl against, even though it was his father's muzzle. The most interesting thing was happening though. The pup was born dark, but it seems that even after a day that lighter hairs would come through. Sebastian licked over his son's side. "So cute."
