Golden Glade You Make Me (5/5)

Eden was pacing around her den, considering her next move. She could go off and look for a meal but her energy was cut short due to the transition in her pregnancy. She could go to the cache but with that much food readily available and no one around, she might not be able to stop herself. Or she could sit and cry, something she'd been doing a lot of recently. Just as Eden was beginning to feel that all hope was lost and the entry to her den would be where she took her last breath, a familiar scent brushed against her snout: Sylvas!
The excited mother trotted around the land until he came into view, just outside of the circle, at which point she sped up, beating the ground with her paws. Once she came to him, face to face, she whined happily and nudged roughly into his side. Eden's tail wagged high and steady behind her, as she greeted her mate. Sylvas, I'm so happy to see you! I'm starving, she admitted, for he couldn't complain about it regardless. After all, it was his seed that she carried within. And it was their little faults that she felt like this. 
Eden backed away for a moment, staring at her mate with a dopey grin. Hopefully, he'd be in the mood for a walk.
