Silver Creek penny dreadful

She came with a small fish, caught from the creek that she intended to give to Rowan once she reached the den. Once she was a little ways away from the den she caught sight of little Cortland and placed her fish in the cold snowy ground nearby.

"Hey Cortland, having fun?"  She yipped sweetly as she made her way towards the pup.  She smiled as she remembered her first winter and how much she had enjoyed the snow, just as Cortland seemed to be enjoying it now.
