Had she know just what a monster was, perhaps Freyja would have been more scared. Even with the news of this monster bringing death, Freyja hadn’t fully grasped the situation. It was only with the actions and words that were spoken next that Freyja finally felt the gravity of the situation. It crashed upon her, shaking her suddenly as he mentioned his sibling. Her eyes widened to this, her heart began to drum, and, suddenly, she felt as though she could relate to him.

This very well could have been how she looked to Seff when she felt the need to find Hvitserk when the Dragon awoke. Finding a true connection in these feelings, and suddenly feeling all the more alarmed, Freyja stiffened and looked to him with a worried expression.

“It doesn’t sound safe where you came from,” she said, voicing her thoughts in that moment as she attempted to think of something she could do to help. She floundered there, her worry evident as she pushed towards him another step, and remained silent for a moment. She did not want to be overbearing, yet, it seemed that was all that she could provide in that moment.

“How can I help you? Do we need to go get your sister?” She offered, a light quiver in her voice as she flattened her ears. “And what is this monster like? I-I don’t really know what that is…” There was embarrassment in this statement and she did very little to mask it.
