Swiftcurrent Creek Lost and Confused

I deleted my other post, sorry, @Serengeti @Razo, This post is dated just before the Time will Tell thread when Ferdie was Delta here,

Not long after the snarls of battle ended, his consciousness returned to him, alone and confused he pulled himself into a standing position, obviously the loser of a fight, but it was much more then a just a fight... Not that anyone would care to hear to understand. There was blood seeping from his throat where his head met his neck, and the reopened wounded shoulder bled insistently.

After speaking to Jace briefly, he limped away, his shoulders sore after grappling for so long for the upper paw.
His stomach ached horribly suddenly awakened after weeks of starvation and lack of hunger. His hunger hit him severely, causing him almost more pain then his wounds.

He was on a determined path toward the place he and tuwawi had hunted a pair of Rams. Finding his quarry his nearly fell upon the old meat and began tearing at it with ferocity. His fresh blood mingling with the cold dried blood of the kill upon the ground.

Swallowing huge chunks without barely chewing, if he kept this up he'd make himself sick to his stomach on top of everything else. He just couldn't stop himself, the last time he ate was at this exact meal more then a week before.
