Valette, it seemed, not so much. She questioned him, and he couldn't help but laugh. Not at her, but at the situation. Nevermind, he said between chuckles, backing off of her to sit back on his haunches, though he didn't go far.
He couldn't explain himself, as he felt a little stupid now, and he certainly wasn't going to try that again. But, he wasn't sated, either. He waited to see if she would right herself, and if so, he would snuggle up to her and try to preen the fur at her neck and jawline.
