she had to search frantically to find the healing plants. tormentil, oak leaves, marigold, cobwebs. she needed to find those and fast too. oak leaves wouldn't survive, the leaves had all left. marigold, she would have to dig for it. tormentil, same as marigold. cobwebs, she would need to search in the knotholes of trees to find such things. it felt like forever, but the tank had managed to find the minimal herbs to heal the two.

she noticed steady's well-cleaned face and gave valette a thankful smile before setting down her herbs. krypton said nothing, but slowly began to place cold petals of marigold into the wounds and sealed them with cobwebs. the webs were much harder to carry, they were wrapped around the flowers themselves, which krypton had to roll from her muzzle on steady's face. it looked weird, but she knew what she was doing. she took a step back, examining his face and giving him a nod. she turned to his body, looking over it and doing the same to any open wounds she found worthy of being treated. she finished her check of steady and turned to Valette first. "please, monitor his wounds. should anything out of the ordinary happen out of the normal healing process, such as bleeding or infection, please call me." she turned to steady. "keep the petals and webs on. I will check on you tomorrow to reapply them. Do rest though, it will help stop the bleeding." she made sure to make her words clear and have a sense of importance around them. treating others medically was her job, if one were to die on her, krypton wouldn't know what to do.

the gamma turned to treat gray, but saw he was no longer on the scene. she sighed before picking up the unused marigold and followed his scent to find out where he went.
