Neverwinter Forest Blue Skies

She watched him - studied his youthful but handsome features as any mother did while their child was asleep. At least, she thought many other mothers did this, for it was such a magical moment. To think the little boy had somehow come out of her was so wonderful that she could not do much more than admire both him and herself. With a warm smile did she curl around his body - her back facing the entrance of the den so that he would not even feel the tiniest hands of the freezing cold grasp him and try to pull him into sickness.

She rested her head near, closing her eyes as she, too, drifted off.
