He found her isolated near the western borders of the forest, just about before his patience ran out and he decided to give up. He was glad he hadn't, and his approach was gentle as he observed her looking into the distance with an emotionless stare that was far from what he vaguely remembered. "Nyx?" he called, a way to announce his presence and avoid upsetting the girl by scaring her.
