Snake ceased his circling, stilted onyx limbs coming to a halt and narrow muzzle thrusted towards the woman. She had yet to speak, and the male found himself slightly confused, if not curious. However, that crazed grin never faltered, never fell from his maw. "Quiet, are we? Or perhapsss ssshe cannot ssspeak?" Unblinking eyes bore into her, inspecting the way she held herself and the nod he was given. It was as if she couldn't understand him, or was simply mute. He had yet to figure that much out.
His own body was relaxed, and he almost felt as though he should simply sit down. He did not. The man resumed his circling, head tilted almost unnatural to the right and massive body twisting and turning, spine curving gracefully beneath dark flesh. His eyes remained forever trained on her, whether or not she returned his gaze was up to her. Baritone words slipped from black lips. "Do you have a name, darling?" He found himself curious if she was able to actually understand him, and decided to try and bring up conversation once more. He crept closer, closer, closer to the woman, muzzle always turned in her direction. Onyx tongue slid out of the depths of his mouth, curling over his maw and dropping saliva onto the ground before retreating back inside.
