Silas eyed him quizzically although moved back on to the newer topic, and hoped to be quick about dispelling any myths of his nonexistent abilities. "Well.. uh, I don't know, probably about where your parents are? Or how you're gonna get back to that den you were looking for?" he answered quietly, teetering somewhat towards sheepishness. These were all just generic puppy thoughts, what he would be wondering if he were misplaced from his mother and father this young. "Speaking of which, you want to try to track it down?" Because at least, that he could possibly help with and lead the kid there -- where hopefully some family would want to receive him and take care of it.
