He can't stand to listen to her anymore. She'd exhaust her reasoning before he even would want to consider the notion. All he wants to do now is shut her up and so as he makes his impact, she's on the ground with nothing more than a whimper to offer him. Surma gives her one final look without any further explanation and he puts distance between them. His frustrations have long been worked out and seeing her crumple so easily beneath is enough for him to know.
