He still felt like a stranger here, but there was a comfort in being reunited with his remaining family. The others didn't seem as lost as he did, and that wrought a jealousy in his breast— he stifled it, or more appropriately, it was stifled by a lethargy that hadn't been there prior to his journey from the borders. Dublin found the most comfort in sleep.
And so he stirred, groggily, an irritated moan escaping his jaws from deep within his chest. Just a moment more! It was his mother's voice, however, and despite everything, the boy harbored a deep loyalty to her. He shook the sleep from each leg in turn, moving toward her sleep-site with an unhurried gait and a posture that bespoke exhaustion.
