Golden Glade a wolf with no history is like a tree with no roots

Her sudden shock at the other woman's words, and the slight glimmer of pain that seemed to flash through the woman's eyes halted Feyre.

She nodded briskly at the woman, trying to express that she understood. Looking about the landscaping, the glimmering water edging closer to her paws winked up at her. She wanted to know more about her new packmate, but instead settled for something closer to companionship. Laying down upon the soft ground near the water and breathing in the sweet scent of the brook calmed her. 

She glanced back up at the other fae to see her reaction to Feyre, to see if she understood that Feyre meant her no harm.
